ElvarOne respects your privacy.

ElvarOne is designed to minimize data collection and only use information necessary to provide requested features.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Depending on which features you use, ElvarOne may process text you enter in chat, voice input used for transcription or assistant features, and images or scanned content used for OCR.

ElvarOne may also process tasks, reminders, calendar requests, or contact-related actions you ask the app to perform, along with optional movement and activity data from Apple Health and optional location data for location-aware features.

We may also process technical information needed to operate the service, such as basic request logs, error logs, or security logs.

We use information only to provide and improve requested app features, such as AI chat and follow-up assistance, voice input and transcription, OCR scanning, todo, reminder, and calendar features, and radio, app opening, and communication handoff features.

We may also use information to support optional movement and location-aware experiences when you choose to enable those features.

If you choose to enable Apple Health access, ElvarOne may access fitness-related data through Apple Health / HealthKit, such as step count, walking, movement, or activity data.

This data is used only to provide health and movement-related features inside the app, such as displaying steps, activity summaries, or related wellness views.

ElvarOne does not use Apple Health / HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking.

We do not sell Apple Health / HealthKit data to third parties.

Apple Health / HealthKit data is processed locally by default. If you explicitly ask ElvarOne to use relevant health or fitness information in a cloud AI request, it is sent only after you grant the separate Cloud AI Data Sharing permission.

You can disable Health access at any time in the Apple Health app or in iOS Settings.

If you choose to enable location access, ElvarOne may use location data to support location-aware features such as navigation-related assistance, nearby results, ride-hailing shortcuts, or contextual actions requested by the user.

Location data is used only for app functionality and is not used for advertising or tracking.

You can disable location access at any time in iOS Settings.

ElvarOne may request access to the microphone, camera, Apple Health, location, calendar, reminders, and contacts only when needed for related features.

You can deny these permissions, and the app will remain usable for other supported features.

ElvarOne includes optional cloud AI features. Before any information is sent to a third-party AI service, the app shows a disclosure and asks for your explicit permission.

Depending on the feature and your request, the information sent may include text you submit in AI chat; text extracted from an image, receipt, food label, or document; recent conversation context needed to understand the request; and only the relevant memo, task, reminder, calendar, location, health, fitness, meal, expense, or receipt information that you ask ElvarOne to use.

ElvarOne does not automatically send all information stored in the app. Context is included only when it is relevant to a cloud AI feature you request.

Cloud AI requests are first transmitted to ElvarOne's server infrastructure hosted by Railway. The request is processed primarily by DeepSeek. If the primary provider is unavailable, Alibaba Cloud Qwen or OpenAI may process the request as a fallback provider.

These providers receive information only to generate the response or analysis you requested, including AI chat responses, user-requested actions and summaries, receipt or document analysis, and meal, expense, or web-content analysis.

ElvarOne requires its service providers to process information only as necessary to provide the requested service and to maintain the same or an equivalent level of privacy and security protection.

ElvarOne does not send information to third-party AI services until you review the in-app disclosure and select “Allow and Continue.” If you select “Not Now,” no cloud AI request is sent and on-device features remain available.

You may withdraw permission at any time under Profile → AI Data & Privacy → Withdraw Permission. After permission is withdrawn, ElvarOne blocks all future cloud AI requests unless you grant permission again.

Whisper speech transcription is performed on your device and does not require cloud AI data sharing.

Contact lookup is also performed on your device. ElvarOne does not upload your complete address book to third-party AI providers.

We do not sell personal information and do not provide AI request data to third parties for advertising or cross-app tracking.

ElvarOne uses encrypted HTTPS connections when transmitting cloud AI requests. Information is shared with service providers only when necessary to deliver a feature you requested.

ElvarOne retains information only for as long as necessary to provide requested features, maintain service security, resolve technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party infrastructure and AI providers may process or retain information according to their applicable service terms and privacy policies. You should avoid submitting information you do not want processed by these providers.

You can decline optional permissions, withdraw Cloud AI Data Sharing permission, stop using specific features at any time, and contact us regarding privacy questions or data requests.
