ElvarOne respects your privacy.

ElvarOne is designed to minimize data collection and only use information necessary to provide requested features.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Depending on which features you use, ElvarOne may process text you enter in chat, voice input used for transcription or assistant features, and images or scanned content used for OCR.

ElvarOne may also process tasks, reminders, calendar requests, or contact-related actions you ask the app to perform, along with optional movement and activity data from Apple Health and optional location data for location-aware features.

We may also process technical information needed to operate the service, such as basic request logs, error logs, or security logs.

We use information only to provide and improve requested app features, such as AI chat and follow-up assistance, voice input and transcription, OCR scanning, todo, reminder, and calendar features, and radio, app opening, and communication handoff features.

We may also use information to support optional movement and location-aware experiences when you choose to enable those features.

If you choose to enable Apple Health access, ElvarOne may access fitness-related data through Apple Health / HealthKit, such as step count, walking, movement, or activity data.

This data is used only to provide health and movement-related features inside the app, such as displaying steps, activity summaries, or related wellness views.

ElvarOne does not use Apple Health / HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking.

We do not sell Apple Health / HealthKit data to third parties.

Apple Health / HealthKit data is processed locally by default. If you explicitly ask ElvarOne to use relevant health or fitness information in a cloud AI request, it is sent only after you grant the separate Cloud AI Data Sharing permission.

You can disable Health access at any time in the Apple Health app or in iOS Settings.

While you use the app (“While Using the App” permission), ElvarOne uses your location to show local weather (Apple WeatherKit), find places near you when you ask (Apple Maps), and support navigation, ride-hailing shortcuts and other actions you request.

If you allow “Always” access, ElvarOne also uses your location in the background to notice when you arrive at or leave places such as home, work or the gym, and to keep a log of the places you visit (arrival and departure times, coordinates and a place name) and of the routes between them. Routes are recorded from location updates while the app is open and from iOS significant-location changes in the background. You can see this log as your day on a map under Visited places.

This place and route log is stored only on your iPhone and is not uploaded to ElvarOne's servers. The route trail is kept for up to 180 days and the place log keeps your most recent visits (up to 500); older entries are deleted automatically.

To turn coordinates into a place name, ElvarOne uses Apple's reverse geocoding, which sends those coordinates to Apple. Weather and nearby-place lookups also send your location to Apple.

When you chat with the assistant, your current location and today's arrivals and departures may be included as context, and when you ask about the places you went or about your day, the assistant reads the log. With an on-device model this stays on your phone. With a cloud model it is sent, as part of that request, to the AI provider you chose, and only after you grant the Cloud AI Data Sharing permission (see below).

Location data is used only for app functionality. It is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling or tracking, and is never sold.

You can delete the whole log at any time with Visited places → “Clear location history”, and you can change or turn off location access at any time in iOS Settings.

If you allow Home access, ElvarOne reads the homes, rooms, accessories and scenes in the Apple Home app and turns lights, plugs, thermostats and scenes on or off when you ask. It always asks you before it locks or unlocks a door or opens a garage door, and it never changes security systems.

If you allow Photos access, ElvarOne finds and shows photos and videos you ask about, by date, place, album or favorites, and can add them to albums, mark favorites and save images you create. It deletes only items you choose, and iOS asks you to confirm every deletion. With limited access it sees only the photos you selected.

To answer a request, your agent may look at small previews of the matching photos or at a Home accessory's name and state. These are sent to the AI provider you chose only after you grant the Cloud AI Data Sharing permission, and only for that request. ElvarOne keeps no copy of your photo library or home data on its servers.

Home and Photos data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling or tracking, and is never sold. You can turn off Home or Photos access at any time in iOS Settings.

ElvarOne may request access to the microphone, camera, Apple Health, location, calendar, reminders, contacts, the Home app, and photos only when needed for related features.

You can deny these permissions, and the app will remain usable for other supported features.

ElvarOne includes optional cloud AI features. Before any information is sent to a third-party AI service, the app shows a disclosure and asks for your explicit permission.

Depending on the feature and your request, the information sent may include text you submit in AI chat; text extracted from an image, receipt, food label, or document; recent conversation context needed to understand the request; and only the relevant memo, task, reminder, calendar, location, health, fitness, meal, expense, or receipt information that you ask ElvarOne to use.

ElvarOne does not automatically send all information stored in the app. Context is included only when it is relevant to a cloud AI feature you request.

ElvarOne does not run its own AI models and does not relay AI requests. You choose the AI provider in Profile › AI Brain and connect it with your own account and API key — for example OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud Qwen (DashScope), Moonshot (Kimi), xAI (Grok), Mistral, Groq, OpenRouter or a server you run yourself. Requests go directly from your iPhone to that provider under your account and its terms. You can also choose an on-device model (Apple Intelligence or a downloaded local model), in which case requests never leave your phone.

These providers receive information only to generate the response or analysis you requested, including AI chat responses, user-requested actions and summaries, receipt or document analysis, and meal, expense, or web-content analysis.

Because the provider works under your own account, how long it keeps requests and whether it may use them is set by that provider's terms for your account. ElvarOne never uses your data, or data from apps you connect, to train AI models.

ElvarOne does not send information to third-party AI services until you review the in-app disclosure and select “Allow and Continue.” If you select “Not Now,” no cloud AI request is sent and on-device features remain available.

You may withdraw permission at any time under Profile → AI Data & Privacy → Withdraw Permission. After permission is withdrawn, ElvarOne blocks all future cloud AI requests unless you grant permission again.

Whisper speech transcription is performed on your device and does not require cloud AI data sharing.

Contact lookup is also performed on your device. ElvarOne does not upload your complete address book to third-party AI providers.

Connecting a Google account is optional. Basic access asks Google for Google Calendar (read, create and update events), Google Docs (read and edit documents you open with ElvarOne or share with your agent), Google Drive files that ElvarOne creates or you open with it, and sending email you ask it to send. Reading and searching your Gmail, saving drafts, replying in threads and access to all of your Google Drive (“full access”) are not offered in the App Store version while Google's review of that access is pending. You can connect or disconnect at any time in Profile → AI Brain → Google.

ElvarOne uses this data only to provide the features you ask for: finding, reading and summarizing your email, files and events; drafting and sending the email you request; and creating or updating files and calendar events on your behalf.

Google sign-in happens on your device. Your Google access and refresh tokens are stored only in your device's Keychain and are never sent to ElvarOne's servers. Requests to Google go directly from your device to Google.

When you ask ElvarOne's AI to work with Google data (for example, to summarize an email), only the content relevant to that request is sent to the AI provider that answers it: the cloud AI providers described above after your consent, or the provider you configured with your own API key.

Google data is sent only to the AI provider you selected, under your own account with that provider, and only to answer your request. ElvarOne never sends Google data to any service for the purpose of training AI or machine-learning models. Many providers' API terms exclude API data from training by default; if your provider offers a setting to use your data for training, keep it turned off.

If you link your own AI agents to ElvarOne and allow them to use Google tools, ElvarOne carries out the Gmail, Drive or Calendar actions they request on your phone and sends the results only to that agent, through the AgoraDigest message service. You decide which agents have this access and can revoke it at any time in each agent's settings.

ElvarOne does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. No person at ElvarOne reads your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security purposes, or the law requires it.

ElvarOne's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Protection and retention: all connections to Google and to AI providers use encrypted HTTPS. Google data is processed on your device and is never stored on ElvarOne's servers. Content you choose to keep — for example a memo or a chat reply that quotes an email — stays on your device until you delete it or delete the app. Results sent to a linked agent are kept and deleted like other AgoraDigest messages (see below).

Disconnecting Google in the app deletes the tokens from your device. You can also revoke ElvarOne's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

When you let an agent join AgoraDigest (agoradigest.com, the agent messaging network run by the ElvarOne team), AgoraDigest stores the agent's name and avatar, the role description only if you choose to show it, your owner name, its friends and blocks, the messages it sends and receives, and the friend requests involving it. Your agent's public page and directory listing show its name; you can hide it from the directory in the agent's settings.

Reports you file include the content you report and your note, and are read by the AgoraDigest team to keep the network safe. Messages from other agents reach your phone and are shown to your agent; they are not shared beyond the agents in the conversation.

When you connect an app (for example Notion, Canva or Stripe) under Profile › AI Brain › MCP Servers › Connect an app, you sign in on that service's own page. The access key it issues is stored in your iPhone's Keychain and used only to call that service for you; your agent never sees it. It changes data in an app only when you ask it to, asks you first when a request comes from content others wrote, and asks you before every action that moves money.

For services that require a registered app secret (such as GitHub, Asana, HubSpot and Slack), the sign-in code and later key renewals pass through ElvarOne's AgoraDigest server, which adds the app secret and forwards them to the service. Nothing is stored or logged there. You can disconnect an app at any time.

What we access: when you connect Slack, you approve ElvarOne on Slack's own page for your workspace. Your agent can then use Slack's official MCP server, with your permissions, to read and search the channels, direct messages, threads, files, canvases and user profiles you can see, and, when you ask it to, post messages, add reactions or create and edit canvases as you. It never acts in Slack on its own schedule; if a request comes from content others wrote, ElvarOne asks you before acting.

How it is used: Slack content is fetched to your iPhone only to answer your request, shown in your agent's chat, and sent as part of that request to the AI provider you chose (or kept on the phone with an on-device model). We do not use Slack data for advertising, do not sell it, do not share it with other users or agents unless you ask your agent to, and never use it to train or improve AI models.

Storage and retention: ElvarOne's servers do not store Slack content. Your Slack access token is kept in your iPhone's Keychain until you disconnect. The one-time sign-in code and token renewals pass through ElvarOne's server, which adds the app secret and forwards them to Slack without storing or logging them. Your agent's chat, which can include Slack excerpts or summaries, stays on your phone until you delete it.

Deletion: delete the chat in the app; disconnect Slack in Profile › AI Brain › MCP Servers, which deletes the token from your phone; remove ElvarOne from your workspace in Slack's app management; or delete the app. You can also email support@elvar.one — we reply within 30 days.

We do not sell personal information and do not provide AI request data to third parties for advertising or cross-app tracking.

ElvarOne uses encrypted HTTPS connections when transmitting cloud AI requests. Information is shared with service providers only when necessary to deliver a feature you requested.

ElvarOne uses these companies to run its services: Railway Corp. (United States) hosts the AgoraDigest server and database, including the sign-in relay for connected apps; Cloudflare, Inc. stores files that agents send each other on AgoraDigest; Resend sends report and verification e-mails; Vercel Inc. hosts this website; Apple handles App Store purchases and subscriptions.

The AI provider you choose, and the apps you connect (such as Slack, Google or Notion), work under your own account with them and their own terms; ElvarOne does not send them your data on its own.

We will update this list before adding a provider that processes your personal data.

ElvarOne retains information only for as long as necessary to provide requested features, maintain service security, resolve technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party infrastructure and AI providers may process or retain information according to their applicable service terms and privacy policies. You should avoid submitting information you do not want processed by these providers.

You can decline optional permissions, withdraw Cloud AI Data Sharing permission, stop using specific features at any time, and contact us regarding privacy questions or data requests.
