ElvarOne Radio — Privacy Policy

ElvarOne Radio is a live radio streaming app. We do not require an account, sell personal information, or use advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking SDKs.

ElvarOne Radio does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, contacts, calendar, location, health data, photos, or camera data.

Song identification analyzes the public radio stream selected by you. It does not access or record your microphone.

The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

The following data is created and stored only on your iPhone. It never leaves the device and is deleted when you uninstall the app: stations you mark as favorites, and your recent listening history (limited to the most recent entries).

You can clear this data at any time by deleting and reinstalling the app, or by using your iOS device's storage controls.

Radio Browser (radio-browser.info) receives station search and directory requests. ElvarOne Radio does not attach an account or advertising identifier to these requests.

The individual radio stations you choose to play receive a direct connection from your device to their public streaming URL. ElvarOne Radio does not proxy or log these connections. As with ordinary internet connections, these third parties may receive technical information such as your IP address and device/network request information.

Apple ShazamKit receives an audio signature generated from the selected public radio stream to identify a song. The app does not send microphone recordings.

Apple Music receives song or artist search terms when you use Apple Music search or choose to open an identified song. Music playback and subscription availability are handled by Apple.

Lyrics providers, including LRCLIB and, when needed, QQ Music or NetEase Music, receive the identified song title and artist solely to retrieve matching lyrics. No account identifier is attached by ElvarOne Radio.

Apple StoreKit receives purchase requests and verifies subscriptions or lifetime purchases.

We do not operate a backend server that stores any of your activity.

Third-party network requests are made only to provide a feature you request: finding and playing a station, identifying a song, retrieving lyrics, searching or opening music, and processing a purchase.

ElvarOne Radio does not use these requests for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking. Each third-party service processes technical request information under its own privacy policy.

Subscription and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple. We receive only the anonymous transaction status (purchased / refunded / expired) needed to unlock Pro features on your device. We do not see your payment details or Apple ID.

ElvarOne Radio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone of any age — see the section above.

If we materially change this policy we will update the effective date above and, where required, surface a notice inside the app.
