ElvarOne Radio — Terms of Use

ElvarOne Radio is a client for browsing and playing live public radio streams. It does not host or operate the radio stations themselves. Station availability, content, language, and bitrate are controlled by each individual station.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial listening. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it, or use it to redistribute station streams.

Optional Pro features may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, processed entirely through Apple. Pricing, free trial length, and renewal terms are displayed in-app prior to purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings.

Station metadata is provided by the radio-browser.info community directory. Audio content is delivered directly by each broadcaster. ElvarOne is not responsible for the content of third-party streams.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Streams may become unavailable without notice.
